Valerie Rawls, Chief Executive Officer
Valerie Rawls is the founding principal of this award winning marketing firm, based in Schaumburg IL. Ms. Rawls has twenty-five years of marketing and corporate graphic arts experience.  Prior to starting HRMC in 1985, Ms. Rawls worked for several major publications, honing her marketing and graphic arts skills. She is a member of the American Marketing Association and has been featured in various publications.  Ms. Rawls is also actively involved in a variety of civic functions in the Chicagoland area.

Valerie's education and degrees include studies in marketing and design concentration at Illinois State University, and the American Academy of Art.

Yvonne Matsumoto, Sr. Creative Director
Yvonne Matsumoto is a certified web designer with twenty years of experience in art direction, graphic design, printed and web development Yvonne works closely with the HRMC team in the development of communications programs and client branding initiatives. Yvonne has proficiencies in MAC and PC operating systems and stays up on new digital software technology. 

Yvonne received a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Design from the University of Illinois at Chicago.

Adrienne Raiford, Vice President Business Development
Ms. Raiford is an international, award-winning business communicator with over two decades of experience in virtually every facet of communications including market research and analysis, marketing communications, internet, public relations, advertising, broadcast and print journalism and event/trade show management. She has developed strategic and measurable marketing plans, and managed the execution of integrated marketing campaigns that resulted in meeting the growth objectives of banks and financial service providers, manufacturers, non-profit organizations and government agencies.
