To expand its brand the client entered the affinity credit card market to attract new customers and to maintain its existing customer base.

Findings
Design a new credit card that would be used by the following customers:
• Cinema
• Resorts
• Hotel
• Internal Customer (Procurement Department)

Solutions
HRMC designed a new logo’d credit card, POP and collaterals that would be unique to the various business groups.

Results
HRMC delivered the finished products to each of the 171-business units without a hitch; the rollout was executed to all of the multiple customer segments on the same day. As a result of a direct mail campaign, which was sent out to over 100,000 people, the client was able to enroll nearly 4000 respondents into their credit card program.
